Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 COOLINGE LANE CHERITON Coolinge House TR 23 NW 10/36 II GV 2. Mainly C18 but part is older. Originally 3 farm cottages. 2 storeys, part painted brick the right hand wing painted weather-boarding. The weatherboarded portion has an outside chimneystack and a 3 light canted bay on the ground floor. The brick section has a hipped roof and trellis work porch. Doorway on south side with flat hood only.
Cooling Farmhouse and Coolinge House form a group.
