The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 COOLINGE CRESCENT (East Side) SANDGATE No 35 TR 2035 SW 8/90 II GV 2. Mid Cl9, 3 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. Parapet moulded cornice and stringcourse. 2 sashes with verticals only. left side has 3-light canted bay to 2 lower floors. Cornice and console brackets to other lst floor windows. Right side doorcase with cornice, pilasters and rectangular fanlight.
Nos 35 to 39 (odd)form a group.
