The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 BAYLE STREET (North Side) FOLKESTONE
Nos 84 and 86 TR 2336 SW 3/55 II GV 2. Mid Cl9 pair. 3 storeys stuccoed. Tiled roofs. 1 sash each with verticals only. The windows to No 86 have architraves, vermiculated keystones and stops. Cl9 shopfronts, that to No 86 having 2 moulded pigs heads, a butcher's sign.
Nos 82 to 86 (even) form a group.
