The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 CLIFTON CRESENT (North Side) FOLKESTONE
Nos 6 and 8 TR 23 NW 10/84 II GV 2. Mid Cl9 pair. 3 storeys attics and basement stuccoed. Mansard slate roof with 4 dormers. End quoins, 4 windows in all, the 2 centre ones being 3 light canted bays through all floors. Stringcourses between floors. The 2nd floor windows have rounded heads, the lst floor Windows have moulded architraves and the centre windows of the bays have pediments and the end windows cornices. The ground floor windows are cambered with keystones. fine doorcases are set back in 3 storey extensions having rusticated surrounds and balustrading over.
Nos 2 to 22 (even) form a group.
