Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 COOLINGE LANE CHERITON Coolinge Farmhouse Including wall TR 23 NW 10/35 5.12.49. II GV 2. Late Cl8. 2 storeys and attics red brick. Tiled roof with 3 dormers and parapet with stone coping. 4 sashes, some with 3-light windows. Porch with Doric columns rectangular fanlight and door with 6 fielded panels. The window over on the 1st floor has inverted ogee-shaped panes at the head. Surrounding file house is a red brick wall, about 2 ft in height with stone coping and spear railings surmounted by urns at intervals.
Coolinge Farmhouse and Coolinge House form a group.
