The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MANOR ROAD 1. 1355 (South-East Side) No 9 (Coxell House) TR 0420 NE 4/43 II GV 2. A C17 cottage extended to the south west in the C18. The original portion is of 2 storeys red brick with grey headers. Tiled roof. 2 casement windows. The extension is of red brick with a tiled roof. It has one window bay with a window on the ground floor only. This is a sash window with glazing bars intact. No 9 (Coxell House) and Nos 11 and 13 form a group.
