The following text is from the original listed building designation:
DENGEMARSH ROAD 1. 1355 Manor Farmhouse TR 01 NE 6/52 II 2. Marked on the map as Dengemarsh Farm, the westernmost one of that name. Probably C17. L-shaped building. 2 storeys and attics red brick. Hipped tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. 4 windows, 2 of them sashes with glazing bars intact, the others casement windows.
