2. Late C18 to early C19. 2 storeys weatherboarded. Half-hipped tiled roof. 2 sashes with verticals only. Simple doorcase. Included for group value.
Nos 10 to 14 (even) form a group.
No 10 (Piers Cottage) Prospect Road, shall be amended to read No 10 (Piers Cottage) Sun Lane. The group note should be amended to read No 10 (Piers Cottage) and Nos 12 and 14 Prospect Road form a group.
