2. A fine C18 house, now refronted with cement over red brick. 2 storeys and semi-basement. The original portion has 5 windows and there is a C19 addition with 3 windows at the west end. The 3 centre window bays project slightly. Cornice and parapet with pediment in it over the centre projection. Windows have Venetian shutters. Glazing bars intact. Wide doorcase with Doric columns, triglyph frieze, large semi-circular fanlight and a 4-panel moulded door flanked by panelled strips, partly glazed. The doorcase stands on a platform edged by an iron railing with a niche below it and approached by a curved flight of stairs at each side with a handrail.
