1. 1449 HIGH STREET (North West Side) No 22 (Oak House) TR 0624 1/9 28.8.51.

2. In one roof span with Nos 18 and 20. A timber-framed building refronted with red brick in the C18. 2 storeys. 2 twin windows on the 1st floor with some glazing bars missing. Architraves over ground floor windows. Doorcase between them in an architrave surround with an open pediment over supported on brackets and a door of 6 fielded panels, the top 2 cut away and glazed. Brick plinth.
Nos 16 to 24 (even), 24A, Kings House, Nos 28 & 30 form a group.
