2. Situated to the rear of Walter House. C18. 2 storeys, the ground floor being partly of red brick and partly rendered. 1st floor is tile-hung. Tiled roof with tile--hung gable to left side. 2 casements, 2 simple doorcases.
Nos 38 & 40, St John's Priory, Nos 46 & 48 form a group.
