2. C18. 2 storeys brown brick. Tiled roof. On the 1st floor there is 1 3-light casement and 1 2-light casement. The ground floor has 1 double-hung sash set in a cambered arch and a wide sash. Simple 4 panelled door with moulded wooden architrave. The rear elevation slopes to 1 storey.
Cheriton Lodge, Nos 3 to 5 (consec), Southlands Hospital (Nos 1 to 4), The Limes (Nos 1 & 2) form a group.
