2. C18. 2 storeys and attics. Ground floor red brick, above tile-hung, with a modillion cornice between the two. Tiled mansarded roof with 2 dormers. 3 sashes, 2 of them being double sashes with glazing bars intact. Later doorcase with pilasters and a projecting cornice over, supported on consoles, rectangular fanlight and 6-panel moulded door.
Oak Hall forms a group with Nos 22 to 26 (even).
