4/125 Mill House 11-5-73 II
House, with small former mill building, now house attached. Later C18, with alterations of circa 1930. House painted brick. Tarred weather boarding to mill. Plain tile roofs. 2 storeys. House with dentilled brick eaves cornice, hipped roof, filleted end stacks, two 3 light casements and central door under C20 porch. C20 leaded casements to mill. Interior not inspected.

Originally a late C17 mill, which had been extended in the C19 with the addition of a brick-built house, a detached stable block and a large paved yard.
