1. 5281 CHERRY GARDEN AVENUE (West Side) FOLKESTONE Broadmead TR 23 NW 10/32A II 2. A timber-framed building refronted in Cl8. 2 storeys browm brick with rubble base. Hipped tiled roof. 4 casements to upper floor. Ground floor has 2 modern bays of 5 lights each and 2 sash windows. Modern porch with tiled roof. Later 1 storey extension to right hand side in red brick with 1 sash. Left side wing of 2 storeys tile-hung with some curved tiles. Hipped tiled roof. dash windows.
