The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 CLIFTON CRESCENT (North Side) FOLKESTONE Nos 20 and 22 TR 23 NW 10/88 II GV 2. Mid Cl9, 3 storeys attics and basement stuccoed. Mansard slate roof with 4 dormers. 2 3 light canted bays through all floors and 2 curved. windows on the corners. Wide eaves cornice. Stringcourses between the floors. Pedimented heads to the lst floor centre windows in the canted bays. The lst floor corner windows have cornice and brackets. Cast iron flower guards to ground and 1st floor windows. Balconies to bay windows. Doorcases set in side elevations.
Nos 2 to 22 (even) form a group.
