Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 HIGH STREET CHERITON The Firs TR 13 NE 13/31 II GV 2. C17 or earlier farmhouse refronted in C19. The East side is of stone rubble, tile hung on the lst floor and has a chimney breast of red brick having a cornice below the shaft. The main front facing south is of 2 storeys white brick on the ground floor and tile hung above. Parapet. 3 sashes with verticals only and 3-light sashes to the ground floor. Ground floor verandah. Left side addition of one bay.
The Firs and Barns form a group.
