The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 HIGH STEEET (North West Side) SANDGATE No 136 TR 2035 SW 8/190 II 2. C18 to early Cl9. 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof. Parapet; with stone coping. 3 sashes with hood moulding above. Central porch with cornice, pilasters and rectangular fanlight. Right side later glass conservatory.
