The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 RADNOR CLIFF (South side) SANDGATE No 14 TR 2135 SW 6/41 12.3.74 II GV 2. Mid Cl9. 2 storeys and basement colourwashed. Hipped slate roof with skylight and paired scrolled bracket eaves cornice. 2 sashes, 1 single, 1 double with moulded architraves cornices and brackets and wreath frieze. Long and short quoins, The ground floor has a projecting Tuscan porch, now closed in, having 6 panelled door with rectangular fanlight. 2 starry extension in matching style to right hand side. Cast iron spear railings.
Nos 6 to 22 (even) form a group.
