1. 5281 SANDGATE ESPLANADE SANDGASE No 33 No 34 (Roxana) TR 1935 SE 9/231 II GV 2. Early to mid Cl9 pair. 3 storeys and semi-basement. No 33 is stuccoed. No 34 is stock brick. Hipped slate roof with bracket cornice. 2 windows to each. No 34 has glazing bars intact, lst floor iron balcony and tent-shaped canopy above. Iron balustrading to ground floor. No 33 has a round-headed doorcase with fanlight. No 34 has a 6 panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Steps to street.
West Wedge. West House, West Lawn, spanish House and The Wedge form a group with Nos 30 to 34 (consec).
