House. Early C18, with later alterations. Painted brick in a Flemish-type bond. Plain tile roof. Lobby-entry plan, with one room each side of stack. 2 storeys, on rendered plinth. Hipped roof. Central brick ridge stack. Irregular fenestration of 3 two-light casements. Splayed rubbed brick voussoirs to ground-floor windows. Incompatible rendered flat-roofed central porch with half-glazed door. Rear lean-to. Single-storey addition to right gable end, set back from front elevation. Interior: right ground-floor room has chamfered cross beam a few feet in front of stack, and chamfered joists. Red brick fireplace in an English-type bond, with cambered bressumer. Rear wall of room timber-framed. C19 brick fireplace with bread oven to right end of lean-to. Clasped-purlin roof with non-reducing principal rafters of relatively small scantling (collars non-extant).
