House. Late C16 or C17. Timber framed. Exposed framing with brick infilling. Ground floor red brick in Flemish bond to left end of front elevation, flint to left gable end. Plain tile roof. Approximately 4 timber-framed bays. 2 storeys, on flint plinth. Continuous jetty, with shaped bracket between right-central and right end bays. Jetty to left end. Broadly-spaced studding, framed in two panels to storey height. Tension braces and long shaped jowls to left gable end. Hipped roof. Multiflue stack to left of centre (left end of left-central bay?). Irregular fenestration of 3 casements; one two-light to each end and one three-light to right of stack. Small shaped bracket under the three-light casement, probably for a non- extant oriel window. Boarded door under stack. Brick rear lean-to to left only. Interior not inspected.
