House. Late C18. Red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Flint plinth with brick top course. Section to right of stack rebuilt in darker brick in stretcher bond. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof. Brick ridge stack towards right end. Irregular fenestration of 4 small leaded two-light casements, three to left and one to right of stack. Segmental heads for slightly smaller ground-floor windows than at present. Blocked doorway in brick porch with hipped plain tile roof under second first-floor window from left. Later rear return wing to right, in darker brick. Rear lean-to to left. Interior: fireplace with high cambered head and iron soffit. Bread oven with iron door. Chamfered cross beam. Flint rear wall to house.
