Farmhouse. C18 or earlier, with later alterations. Painted brick with plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof. Gable-end stack to left, ridge stack to left of centre and gable-end stack to right. Irregular fenestration of 4 windows; three sixteen-pane sashes in open boxes, one to left and two to right of stack, and one small two-light casement under stack. Similar sashes to ground floor, with shallow wooden ledge hoods. Half-glazed door under stack. Painted brick lean-to to left. Interior not inspected.
