Summary

Grade I listed building. Main construction periods 1866 to 1866. Stelling Minnis or Davison's Windmill, Grade I. It was built by T R Holman for George Goble in 1866 on the site of an older post mill. It was acquired by Henry Davison in 1878 on George Goble's death and is still owned by Davison's son. It is a smock mill of tarred weatherboarding. It has no round-house but a platform with wooden handrail above the ground floor. Beehive cap. Only two sweeps existed at the time of listing. The fantail is intact.
