The following text is from the original listed building designation:
CANNON STREET 1. 1355 (South-West Side) No 4 TR 0420 NW 1/62 II GV 2. Early C19. 2 storeys painted brick with hipped tiled roof. 1 sash on the street elevation with glazing bars intact. The side elevation has 2 sashes and a simple cambered doorcase. Nos 2 to 10 (even) and Cannon opposite No 2 form a group.
