The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 THE BAYLE (South Side) FOLKESTONE Nos 14 and 16 TR 2335 NW 2/49 II GV 2. Early C19, 2 storeys stone rubble. Tiled roof. I sash with glazing bars intact to No 16 only. Simple paired dooroase.
Priory House and Nos 4 to 18 (even) form a group.
