An early C19 L-shaped building. 2 storeys painted brick. Tiled roof and eaves cornice. 3 windows facing north, 3 windows facing west. A double curved shop window with a half-glazed door between on the north front and a single curved shop window on the west front, with glazing bars intact in all three. No 1 and Nos 1 to 15 (odd) Cannon Street form a group.
