1. 5281 CLIFTON CRESCENT (North Side) FOLKESTONE Nos 12 and 14 TR 23 NW 10/86 II GV 2. Mid C19 pair. 3 storeys attics and basement stuccoed. Mansard slate roof with 4 dormers. Some bay windows. The right side elevation has 1 sash and a 3 light bay. Pediment above lst floor centre canted bay windows. Doorcase is now in basement.
Nos 2 to 22 (even) form a group.
