2. Circa 1830. An unusual small house of one storey. White brick.  Slate  roof with wide eaves cornice.  4 sashes with glazing bars intact.  Doorcase up 6 steps with handrail, the doorcase having fluted pilasters, rectangular fanlight and 6-panel moulded door.
