Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 RADNOR CLIFF (South Side) SANDGATE No l0 TR 2135 SW 6/214 II GV 2. Mid Cl9. 2 storeys basement and attics colourwashed. Hipped slate roof with 2 double dormers and paired bracket eaves cornice. Long and short quoins and stringcourse. 3 sashes, the central one set in a 2 storey central projection containing doorcase which has a modillion cornice and a round-headed doorcase with semi-circular fanlight and pilasters. Glazing bars intact except for centre lst floor window. All are set in Italianate architraves with cornices and brackets to ground floor windows. Cast iron spear railings.
Nos 6 to 22 (even) form a group.
