The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 THE CRESENT (East Side) SANDGATE No 37 TR 2035 SW 8/91 II GV 2. Early C19, 3 storeys stuccoed. Hipped old tiled roof. Parapet with cornice. 1 sash with verticals only and 3-light bay to 2 lower floors. Right side modern doorcase with cornice and brackets.
Nos 35 to 39 (odd)form a group.
