TQ 92 NE BROOKLAND HIGH STREET (north-west side)
5/32 Brookland House 9.6.59 GV II
House. Mid C19 front, probably C18 building. Stuccoed ground floor with chamfered rustication. First floor rendered. First floor of left end elevation tile hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on plinth with plat band. Hipped roof. Central rear stack and rear stack to right end. Irregular fenestration of 4 recessed windows; 3 tripartite sashes and one sash. Stucco over ground floor windows rusticated in form of splayed voussoirs. Half-glazed door off-centre to right with plain pilasters architrave and slightly moulded hood on consoles. Interior not inspected.
