1. 5282 LONDON ROAD (South Side) MILTON REGIS No 75 (Chalkwell House) TQ 86 SE 8/43 II 2. Early C19. 2 storeys and semi-basement red brick. Slate roof. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Round-headed casement window in the centre of the 1st floor. Porch with Doric columns. Doorcase up 6 steps with rectangular fanlight and door of 6 fielded panels.
