The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EAST STREET 5282 (South West Side ) SITTINGBOURNE No 124 TQ Q165 SW 5/29 II GV 2. Early C19 2 storeys stuccoed. Slate roof. Parapet with moulded cornice. 2 sashes and 1 blank with glazing bars intact. Central doorcase with flat weather- hood, pilasters and 6 panelled door.
Nos 120 to 124 (even) form a group.
