House. Early C19. Rendered with slated roof. Gothick lodge style. One storey with hipped roof and stack to left in yellow stock brick. Arched and leaded lights to left and right, and central arched and boarded door with later trellised porch. Outshot to right built into adjoining building (item 1/45). Included for group value.
