TR 05 NW SELLING GROVE ROAD (north side)

GV II
House. 1735 and 1919. Timber framed and weatherboarded with plain tiled roof. C18 house extended to south with large red and blue brick wing in 1919. Two storeys with doubled stacks to right. Three glazing bar sashes on each floor of weatherboarded range. To right, on C20 wing, a 2 storey canted bay window, and door of 6 raised and fielded panels with semi- circular fanlight and open pediment. Right return: 2 storeys with quoins, moulded modillion eaves cornice and hipped roof with 2 hipped dormers. Regular fenestration of 2 glazing bar sashes on each floor either side of central 2 storey bow window. Rear: 3 gables to C18 wing, with inserted fine moulded tripartite glazing bar sashes.
