House C.1860 in Georgian style. Buff brick and slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows. 16 pane sashes in moulded architraves. Central doorcase with pilasters, projecting cornice, rectangular fanlight and door of 6 moulded panels. Hipped roof with eaves cornice and brick chimney stacks. Included for group value.
