2. Cl8. 1 storey and attic. 1 window bay each and 1 door. Tiled half- hipped roof; large central brick stack. 2 hipped attic dormers. Weather-board cladding on painted brick sleeper wall. 2 light casement windows. At either end, a 4 flush-panelled door; door to right hand with wooden hood.
Grove House, Grove Bungalow and Nos 1 and 2 (Grove Cottages) form a group.
