Monument record TQ 94 NE 11 - Bronze Age mound, Westwell downs

Summary

A probable Bronze Age Tumulus was located on a chalk escarpment at Frittenfield to the north of Westwell. Nothing of interest has been found to date during investigations of this mound. Despite its prominent position it is thought that the mound is no longer visible at the site.
