Description from record TR 06 SW 256:
Ravenscourt Barn East, Davington, Faversham. Barn roof ('staggered butt side purlin' type) is dated from latter half of C16th to first half of C18th. Lack of wind braces within roof, straightness of tie beams and long angular form of the aisle-post jowls suggest date of 1650-1750. Barn has been moved from original site, indicated by late C18th/early C19th remains discovered under current location. (1)

additional reference (2)
