CONDUIT STREET 1. 1103 (East Side)
No 5 TR 0161 NE 1/222 II 2. Early C19. 2 storeys. 2 window bays. Slate hipped roof, Red brick front. Windows 3 panes wide in frames, lower ones with segmental heads. 4 flush-panelled door in frame; segmental headed voussoir over. Forms part of Nos 1 to 3 Mill Place.
