Grade II* listed building. Main construction periods 1500 to 1899. The timber-framed house at 121 West Street, Faversham is a II* listed building. It was built in the early sixteenth century and consists of two storeys and an attic, and has a tiled roof. The first floor exterior is covered in decorative plasterwork, bearing the date 1697 in the centre. The ground floor is used as a shop by the name of Gullivers and has a modern shop front.
