Main construction periods 1500 to 1599 Summary from record TQ 96 SW 1005: Fox Ctaage was originally built as a hall house in the 16th century, later converted into a two storey house. It is a timber framed building on a brick and rubble base, with a tiled roof. At the front are four casement windows on each floor.
