2. C17. Timber-framed building refronted in Cl8 but retaining overhang of the 2nd floor on a bressummer and brackets. 3 storeys. 3 windows. Wooden front painted and grooved in imitation or masonry. Parapet. 2 small bays on tile 1st floor with glazing bars intact. 3 sash windows above without. Modern shop front.
Nos 1 to 11 (consec) and 11A form a group with Nos 4 to 7 (consec and No 7A The Market Place.
