It was built in the eighteenth century. It is a two-storeyed, rendered building with a tiled roof. The glazing in the windows and the porch is modern. It has two chimney stacks. There is a series of gables on the side facing the road. Summary from record TR 06 NW 1006: This record refers to a public house, The Harty Ferry, as shown on a chart of 1774.
