A heritage assessment of the site carried out in 2023 identified and analysed a number of features. These included the timber double doors and a single door to the rear of the building which had been inserted into the structure at a later date, alongside several blocked internal windows interpreted by the author (3) as potentially representing older features no longer in use. Evidence for the use of lath and plaster is visible on the interior groundfloor walls, alongside timber studs (the latter also visible on the first floor). The ground and first floors are interpreted as the oldest part of the building, with a series of extensions taking place at a later date. Studies of the Manor desciried its past uses as "ranging from residential use to housing a convent for nuns" (from the original report, 3).

One of these extensions connected the Manor to the Coach House and is visible on maps from the 19th century. The Coach House groundfloor demonstrates evidence for historic fabric in the form of timber frames and joists, alongside a brick fireplace. The Coach House also appears to have been constructed in the 16th or 17th century alongside the Manor itself. (3)
