The following text is from the original listed building designation:
FAVERSHAM STANDARD QUAY TR 0161 NE F 102 1/377 Warehouse about 15 metres north west of Provender Mill (Gilletts Ltd) Interior not inspected GV II Warehouse. Circa 1840. Timber framed and weather boarded with large kerbstones and with corrugated asbestos sheeting roof. Two storeys, with catslide lean-to extension on roadside with single boarded door. Quayside with 2 full storeys with boarded door reached by external stair and 2 casement windows on first floor, and 3 boarded doors on ground floor. Part of the important group of warehouses at the quay, but possibly slightly later than those further east.
