House; painted brick ground floor, first floor weatherboard. Extended to south, same pattern of brick and weatherboard on this extension which also has roof to floor glazed door/window. Possibly early to mid C19th.

THROWLEY WILGATE GREEN TQ 95 NE 4/191 Wilgate Farm Cottage (formerly listed 24.1.67 as one of Meadow Cottages GV II House. C16. Timber framed and exposed close-studding and small-panel frame with plaster infill. Plain tiled roof. Three framed bays. Two storeys and end-jetty to right, with hipped roof and mullioned window. Glazed door to right.
