Two storeys on plinth with hipped roof and stacks to centre right and projecting at end left and end right. Four metal casement windows on first floor and blank panel centre right over door, with 3 segment-head wood casements on ground floor with gauged Venetian window to left. Door centre right of 6 raised and fielded panels with flat hood over.
